Ali Karimi Tarki is a distinguished Iranian vocalist and cultural educator, widely recognised for his lifelong dedication to the preservation and transmission of Persian classical vocal traditions. Born in 1956 in Mianeh, Iran, he has devoted over 35 years to the study and performance of authentic Iranian music, particularly the Radif tradition.

He trained under some of the most renowned masters of Persian music, including Shapour Rahimi, Hamidreza Nourbakhsh, and Mohammad-Reza Shajarian. As a leading performer and principal vocalist of the Molavi Music Group, Tarki has represented Iranian classical music both nationally and internationally, contributing significantly to its global recognition.
