Park SeongYong

Dr. SeongYong Park is the Founder and CEO of Culture Masters, an international cultural enterprise dedicated to the preservation and advancement of world cultural heritage. He also serves as Chairman of the Advocacy Alliance for Culture Masters (AACM) and as Publisher of Arirang Culture Connect, an online platform promoting global cultural exchange. In addition, he leads global partnership development as Head of Global Trading Partners, overseeing international collaboration and the expansion of strategic business networks.Dr. Park has played a leading role in policy development at UNESCO Category 2 Centres and has successfully spearheaded numerous international cultural cooperation initiatives. He earned his Ph.D. in Heritage Studies from the University of Queensland and has conducted research and delivered lectures extensively on cultural heritage and international collaboration across multiple countries. Dr. Park is the author of the monograph On Intangible Heritage Safeguarding Governance: An Asia-Pacific Context (Cambridge Scholars Publishing, UK). He continues to contribute to the global safeguarding of cultural heritage through initiatives such as the Arirang Master Award Program and the development of the World Intangible Heritage Network (WIN) projects.
