Tumani Virginia MASOLE

Tumani Virginia MASOLE is a Living Heritage Expert who studied in Sociology from the University of Botswana. She is a trainer of the UNESCO 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Botswana and has been involved in assisting communities in safeguarding their living heritage. She participates and provide advisory services in the implementation of the Convention.She is also a trainer of the UNESCO 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions.She is the Founder and Director of THE CULTURATI, a Magazine that promotes arts, culture and tourism. THE CULTURATI is a Member of the Inter-City Intangible Cultural Cooperation Network. Virginia is the Cultural Exchange Coordinator-Botswana Representative of SEKWELE MA-AFRIKA, a Non-profit Organization that preserves and promotes culture based in South Africa.
